Unable to cancel Free Trial

Hi Team -

Please advise how can i cancel my free trial, I am unable to find the right option in the Account menu options.

Please advise ASAP, since my subscription expires tomorrow and i don't want to be charged.

Hi Prithviraj, thanks for posting. You should be able to cancel your trial from Account Settings. Click the 'Close Account' tab on the left, select 'Cancel your subscription' and follow the prompts to cancel.

Hello, unfortunately I have the same issue. There's no "Cancel your subscription" inside "Close Account".  Only "Close Account".

I've got the same problem.
I decided to just keep using the work account, as it's too fiddly sharing and not worth the extra $95.40.
