Find my questions

I have requested an improvement. I cannot find anything about this in my account. Nor do I find my question there. I would like to receive an email with answers to my question / improvement. That is not happening now. Can you tell me what this is about ?!

Hi Chris,

Thanks for posting in the community! We appreciate you taking the time to submit a feature request. The system that we use to manage these requests doesn't provide a notification or status about the improvement, which is why you don't see a record in your account. Additionally, our development team works rigorously to prioritize improvements to the product, requiring time to design, build, and test them. For these reasons, feature requests are unable to be immediately implemented. I apologize for any confusion! Please let me know if you have any additional questions about this, or about working in Lucidchart.

Thank you for the explanation. I understand that I have to be patient and wait to see if my feature request is being honored. Will I also be informed if my request is NOT honored? Another question: I have previously created a ticket. However, I cannot find it under my account details.
And where can I find this question (post)?
Thanks

Hi Chris, thanks for continuing this thread. Only formal support tickets can be viewed through your account under Account Settings. For all community posts and comments, we recommend bookmarking important conversations or referring to email notifications. Because the timelines of evaluating and implementing feature requests are variable, and because feature requests are often a part of larger product improvements, there is not a notification system in place. You are always welcome to check in the product or ask the Lucidchart support team (via this forum or a support ticket), as well as refer to this Release Updates article from our Help Center. Hope this helps!
