My documents are missing!

Hi. When I log in to my account, I see all my documents disappeared. I found the link of the document in my email, but when I open the link, it gives me this error message: 

"It looks like you don’t have permission to access this document. Request Access."


When I click on the "Request Access" button, I receive an activation email, but when I click to the link to give the access, I see the same error message again.

 

How can I access to my documents? They are very important and we were working for a few months on them.

Thanks for posting in the Lucidchart community! If you are not seeing your documents when you log in or if you've lost access to a document, it's possible you are logged into a different account. Will you ensure you're logged into the correct account? If you are still having trouble accessing your documents, this is most likely an account-specific issue and will require some more in-depth troubleshooting.
