Text formatting - How can I apply a style to all shapes?

So I've got org charts with many individuals (more than 1000, across 8 divisions), and I want to format all of them the same.

I've already imported data and configured a lot of conditional formatting, but need to fix a few minor things - making job title centered, bold the name, etc.

How do I do this and apply it to ALL the individuals in the document?

I've tried doing one, then clicking that and choosing "Copy Style", then clicking the others and "Paste style", but it doesn't do anything.

what am I missing?

Hi Dave,

Thanks for your post. You can apply stylistic changes like orientation and bolded text by using a select all function (Command + A for Mac, Ctrl + A for PC) and then making your desired changes. These edits will be applied to all shapes on the page. I hope this helps!

Adam, I've got 4 or 5 fields showing..

I want the FIRST field to be bold and a larger font size, but all others centered and a smaller font size..

how would I do this across the board?

Hi Dave,

Unfortunately what you're describing is not currently supported in Lucidchart's org chart shape library. If this is a functionality that you'd like to see added in the future, please submit a feature request form. We're always looking for ways to accommodate different use cases, and your feedback is the best way for us to obtain this information. Thanks in advance for your request!
