Enterprise Application Landscape Modelling

Is it possible to create a model from a google sheet (as a catalogue), whereby a list of applications and integrations between them can be automatically modelled from the metadata?

For example:

Application A > Links to Application B, using Integration X
Application A > Links to Application C, using Integration Y

The model could contain many (100's typically) applications, with many hundred's of Integration points.

If that were the basic solution - it would be great to be able to add to this the ability to visualise different types of integration, eg. sync/async, HTML, JSON, XML, Flat File etc.  This would be done by changing arrow colour, pointer, solid/dash lines.

If you guys could make this happen it could get hours of my life back in the future :0)

Hi Fraser, I do not believe that what you are trying to accomplish is currently possible in Lucidchart, but I recommend checking out our data linking capabilities to see if they can accommodate your needs. This is currently the extent of our data modeling abilities, and I'd be happy to work with you to help you optimize their usage.

Otherwise, can you please add your product suggestions to our feature request form? Ideas submitted to this form are passed on to the product development team for their consideration.
