"There was an error loading your documents" Feb 12, 2019

Hi there,

When I access My Documents, this error message displays: "There was an error loading your documents.  Please try again later.  Contact support if the problem persists.

I have logged out and logged back in.  I get the same error.  

I have tried logging in from an incognito window.  I get the same error.  

Any other advice?

Hi, I have the same issue. Already tried logging out and back in and using an incognito window, but neither worked. Would the same fix work for me?

I'm having the same problem too.
I can see my Documents on the Documents' page, but the assigned status I've chosen in the past is not shown and most importantly I can't open them; it says "Sorry, you (...@....com) don't have access to this document. You may be logged in to the wrong account.". I'm using my exact same laptop (Windows 10 64-bit, Chrove v. 72.0.3626.96 64-bit) and the issue suddenly occured.

I'm having the same issue also. Fully created my first document, now I seem to have lost it! Message says "error loading documents". Really need this one back as I spent a few hours on it and the problem happened as I wanted to download, so I have no other copy.

IMHO they know this since yesterday and instead of "looking at the issue" somebody should have start fixing it or at least give an estimate on the timeframe when to expect a solution.
