Lost work following account change

I suspended then re-upgraded my account.

I can no longer access important charts I had created before account suspension.

Per advice in a help article, I tried to simply access them by going to the charts' URLs, but when I do this I get the following message: "Sorry, you don't have access to this document. You may be logged in to the wrong account." These charts are not in my trash folder.

Please advise on how I can retrieve these lost charts, thanks.

Hey Jordan, it looks like your previous account was deleted and the upgraded account is a new, separate account. No worries, though, I've transferred your files from your deleted account to your new upgraded account. Please let me know if I can help with any other questions!

Hi, this has happened to me as well. I started with a free account, joined a corporate account and all my work is now missing. I cannot see the charts in trash. Please help!
