Thanks for the post and I'm sorry you're experiencing trouble saving your work. We haven't had any other reports of this so it sounds like this may be document-, network-, or machine- specific. Can you try opening the document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Sometimes document performance issues can be related to a poor internet connection or browser issues. This step will help us eliminate that possibility.
To help us figure out the cause of the issue the below info would be helpful. Understandably, you may not know some of the information, so we ask that you provide any of it you can.
1. The URL to your document.
2. The time (and time zone) you opened your document.
3. The time you closed the document.
4. Which edits were not saved.
5. A detailed account of the time frame when you noticed your edits were not saved.
