I LOST ALL SHARED DOCUMENTS!!!!

All of the documents shared with me no longer show up on my account!  This happened when I dragged an empty folder from a shared folder to My Documents.  I don't know if it makes a difference but My Documents already had a folder with the same name.  Now no docs show up and I get the message "There was an error loading your documents. Please try again later. Contact support if the problem persists."  I saw that someone posted a similar issue in April and LucidChart claimed it had been resolved.  This is mission critical.
