iPad Pro Smart Keyboard issue

Hello,

Lucidcart works overall great on iOS, and more specifically on iPad Pro, but I‘m facing one issue: after some time of use in the app, the keyboard shortcuts simply stop working. For example, I cannot use cmd shortcuts (such as copy paste), or even the arrow keys to move an element. However, selecting an element and updating the text works.

I couldn’t find a reproducible use case: it just seems to happen after some time, and I’m failing to identify a particular scenario.

Okay, that is very interesting. I would not have expected you to have to kill the app to get keyboard shortcuts working again. Could you send us an email through the app by going to the account menu and tapping "send feedback"? Sending us an email through that method will include some additional information about your device and account which could be helpful for us to get to the bottom of this issue.

Thank you for your detailed description of the issue. This is the first we've heard of it, so we'll definitely look into it! When the keyboard shortcuts stop working, does closing and re-opening the document fix it? If you end up finding a way to reproduce, please let us know.

Sorry, I forgot that part of the answer! The only way I’ve managed to fix the issue is by killing and restarting the app: changing page in the document or re-opening the document doesn’t seem to fix it.

I’ll let you know for sure if I can find a way to reproduce (the problem is that I usually realize the bug occured after some time without even touching the keyboard, so it’s hard to get back at the sequence of events that led to that).

Common issue  - In this i unable to use cuts in that as i use in these keyboards - Acer Support Number . kindly reslove my problem as soon as possible.

Hi...same issues as above. Also just noticed the process flow buttons to connect flow path glitch after a while
