Resolution of LucidChart File in Google Drive is Terrible

I just got Lucidchart and got it because of the integration with Google Drive. However, when the file syncs to drive, the resolution is terrible.  I cannot read any text.

Made a 1.5 minute video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/14AWKFTIzE1FzUvXVOdtnzd8zg3F_X83U/view

Pain point - file is updated in real time to Drive.  However I cannot read it so I (and my business partner) constantly need to click thru (one too many clicks btw) just to preview the changes.   Additionally, hot spots do not work in file preview in drive (only in PDF version of the file)...We can export as PDF but thats a static file and then you have a million PDFs for one file.

Anyone else have this problem?

Hey Wilson, thanks for the post! It looks like Karsten helped you via email.

For anyone else inquiring about this, our Google Drive integration is really intended as a way to back up your work. We intend for collaboration to be done within Lucidchart. I apologize for any confusion on this!

Hi Harold,

Thanks for continuing this thread! As Megan mentioned above, our integration with Google Drive is designed to serve as a backup of your Lucidchart files and is not intended for diagram viewing. If you would prefer it to be a more interactive space, would you mind adding your thoughts to this feature request form? Ideas submitted here are passed directly to our development team for their consideration.

In the meantime, you may find it useful to take advantage of the Lucidchart Google Doc add-on, which allows you to create, edit and embed diagrams as well as view edits that you've made in Lucidchart all through Google Docs. For more information, please take a look at our Lucidchart Add-ons article and let me know if you have any specific questions.
