Lost Document or Lost Work

Can't access shared document

Yesterday I lost access to all my documents. Now they are back but I can't open a specific document - it gives me the progress bar but is stuck there for hours and doesn't display the document.

Can you help?

Can you try opening the document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Sometimes document performance issues can be related to a poor internet connection or browser issues, and this step will help us eliminate that possibility.
