Lost Document or Lost Work

Unable to open saved documents

Good morning, I saved my document yesterday and shared it with myself. Yesterday it opened from my e-mail account, but today it is saying that access is denied. In addition to this, I am unable to open the document from Lucidchart. Can you please help me?

The same issue is happening with me also. I am not able to open any of my documents.
