Lost document due to sign in issue


My company uses single sign on and they have had to amend my email address from leanne.mallory0@asda.co.uk to leanne.mallory@asda.co.uk. This means I cant access all the documents on my old log in. I have tried to log in to the other account but it doesnt work as it was based on single sign on.

There is an example of one of the files below. Is it possible to transfer them to my new account?
