My documents are disappeared

All my documents are disappeared.

Hi Heiko - Thanks for reaching out! This may be related to issues with your browser. Make sure you update your browser (we recommend Google Chrome) and clear cache/cookies. Furthermore you can restore your documents within your Account Settings. Let me know if this helps!

Hello,

I was working in LucidChart on Google Chrome yesterday and may have accidentally logged myself out when clearing history/cache but the file I was working on continued to let me design/edit. At 6:00 pm I attempted to download the finished file in PDF and I was given an 'Unable to Print" error - no notification that I was no longer logged in and my file wasn't saved. I lost the entire file and the historical versions for the 6:00pm date stamp are not accurate. Is there ANY way for someone to look at your database to see if there is any version to be restored or is it totally gone.

Hi Chris - Thanks for reaching out. Lucidchart automatically saves your document every time changes have been made as long as you are connected to the internet. I would try searching your browser history. There's a chance that the version of the document you want could be hidden there. Hope this helps! Thanks for using Lucidchart!

Hi Sara - I am having the same issue as Chris was. I've opened a support ticket and have checked my history with no luck. Any chance my sales process document from 08/22 could be restored from a database. I was working on that day in the afternoon EST. Thanks.

Hi Jaron - It is my understanding that your issue has been resolved. Please let me know if you encounter any further trouble!

For anyone else who is having trouble locating a document, I recommend trying to log in to Lucidchart with different email addresses, as you may have set up an account under another email address without realizing it. Also keep in mind that we are compatible with Google and other single sign-on applications, so your browser might automatically be logging you into the Lucidchart account set up with your Gmail or other single sign-on domain without you realizing it. 

If you have any other tips about tracking down missing documents, please share!

I just experienced the same problem! All of a sudden, I got an error page from Lucidchart, and when I refreshed, two weeks of work was lost! Please help me!
