Blank Page after Login to /documents

Since today, when I login via Safari Tech Preview or Standard Build, I have no access to Documents. It shows me blank page. On iPad Pro it works. Its also hard to submit a support ticket to your guys....

Can you try a few things for us? 

  1. Make sure you're on the most up to date version of your web browser. Please do not use a preview or beta version!
  2. Try an incognito or private browsing window. These should run without cache, cookies, or extensions interfering, as those can sometimes cause issues.
  3. Entirely close your browser and re-open.

Hi

I have the same problem, it works fine in other browsers (Chrome), but suddenly stoped working (after logging in i have a blank page, see picture belwo) in Safari (Version 10.0.3).

what next?

Hi Peter! Can you try opening an incognito window in Safari? If it works in incognito, then try clearing cache/cookies and disabling extensions.

I'm seeing the same thing on Chrome. Neither clearing the browser's cache or using incognito mode makes a difference.

Hi Janessa, the issues above were linked to specific outages. We have not received any reports of this and I am unable to reproduce. Because of this, can you try the basic troubleshooting steps found here? I also want to recommend restarting your computer as this will often resolve issues like this as well.

If none of those tips help, please respond the following information in this thread or by filling out a contact support form

  • A screenshot and detailed description of the issue that is occurring.
  • The URL to your document.
  • A screenshot of any errors that show up in your JavaScript Console.
