I can't access my older docs

I have been using the free version for a while. I'm ready to move to the paid version. However, I cannot access my documents (only two) that I've previously created. Can I somehow recover those documents?

Hi Mike - Thanks for reaching out! Could you contact us here with the email address you are using on this account, and any other email addresses we might check? Most of the time, cases like these actually stem from having logged into a secondary account. If you could also include the titles of the documents that are missing, that would be super helpful. Thanks!
