New password never appeared in inbox. Can you help?

How do I reset my password, if I do not see the email in my inbox?

Hi,

I'm having the same problem. I'm trying to recover my password, but I haven't yet received the new one from the system. I already checked by junk email.

Please advise,

I am having the same issue... I have re-requested the email about 5 times and nothing has come through,I have checked my spam folder several times.

Hi, I am having the same issue. Email not coming through, have checked the spam/junk mail. I will appreciate if you can check. I can only log in with my Google Apps Account.

Same for me.   I had to create a new account to post to this forum that the forgot password link it not sending emails.  I have checked my spam folder.

This seems to be happening for a lot of user and the answer is it must be (US)? we receive all other emails from lucid but the password reset. This makes me believe that its never sending from your system. I have reported this but no answers. Just this BS answer but no follow up
