Have a User Who Has Lost All his LucidChart Saved Documents

Trying to find out who or where files for a user might have been transferred. Had found a help email and had reached out 19 days ago on September 14th and never heard anything in reply.

Is there a way to see who documents may have been transferred to if a user account was deleted or if they had been transferred at all?
