Refund & Subscription Cancellation

Hello, I've been set to an annual subscription (that changes me 59.40$!), but I've just wanted to test the free trial version.

Please is it a way to cancel the subscription, and get a refund of the charges? Please advise

I had the same problem. 

Just been trying out the free version and got charged for $59.

I had the same problem. I tried to raise 2 support ticket but was not able to locate the ticket that I escalated. This is ridiculous. Please help me cancel the subscription, remove my CC details and give me full refund of USD 59.40!!!

Hi Vina! I'm sorry for any trouble; our billing team has received your tickets so no worries :) Please just allow 24-28 hours for a response. You can also view the status of your tickets by logging into your account, going to Account Settings, and clicking Support Tickets on the left!

I was trying the trial version but was charged $107.40 for an annual account.
I want to cancel as this was not approved by me for purchase. The software is not what I need to produce the projects I have.
How do I receive a refund and cancel the account?

Hey Sandra, it looks like we have cancelled your subscription and refunded the charge. You are now on a Free account, which you can use to access any documents that you created.

Hello there. I just cancelled my team trial period and i am currently using a free account.

Given the fact that i cancelled the trial within the renewal time limit of 14 days, i will not be charged, right?

Hi there,

I am a student and signed up for the free trial today.  After reviewing the site I have decided that this is not what I was looking for.  I want to make sure that I am not going to be charged for anything as I tried to rescind the free trial but have been unable to do so.  Kathi H

Hi Kathi! I've checked your account and you are good to go. You are on a free account and you will not be charged to use Lucidchart.

Hello, I've had a similar issue as everyone on this thread (got charged 107.40 for pro annual subscription but only wanted to use the free trial). I've already filled out the form, will I be able to get a refund? Invoice ID 1464629

Hi, 

I have taken the trial version to present a project but due to some circumstances project got called off , so i was about to end the trial period but i got charged on my credit card. I have raised a support ticket but i don't see it in my profile to track. Please refund 107.40 USD for pro subscription. Let me know my ticket number so that i can track it.

Hi,

I've also been put on annual subscription but only wanted to try the free version. I've raised a ticket for a refund but don't see it in my account. Invoice #1580099.
