Recuperar un diagrama

Hola que tal, soy nuevo en la comunidad, sin embargo, ya llevo utilizando el software por más de un año, y si he de ser sincero, resulta muy util, y de ahí mi preocupación por lo que me ha sucedido.

Pues he perdido un diagrama que había realizado para un curso, este diagrama lo embebí, pero ya no aparece dentro de mi espacio de trabajo, la pregunta es, ¿Cómo puedo recuperarlo?.

Lo creé con mi cuenta actual, pero no lo logro recuperar.

You may have logged into the wrong account, possibly by using single sign on while signed into a different email account. I suggest that you make sure you've checked any and all Lucidchart accounts that might be under your email address(es).

Hi Maria,

Unfortunately, we don't currently provide language-specific support in the community. Sin embargo, se puede utilizar Google Translate para entender las respuestas :) Could you please provide more details about your map problem? Is the map lost, or will it just not open? Could you please provide screenshots of the errors you are receiving?

Good Morning. I have not been able to open my document and I can not send it to my teacher from the university see it and qualify it. And this message comes out: "The invitation could not be sent. If the problem continues, contact technical support."
I appreciate that you collaborate urgently, since my qualification in my study depends on this. Thank you Luz Claudia Arenas

Hey Claudia, sorry for the trouble. Can you try sharing in an incognito window? If you are sharing directly, have you tried creating a multi-use link? This may work for you if the invitation is not sent.

I know you said this is time-sensitive. If these options do not work, please know you can download your document as a PDF and share that way. I understand this may not be ideal, but wanted to provide that workaround for you just in case!

Hey Claudia, I see the document in your account. Here is a view only link. It appears you were receiving that message because a link was already created. Does that work?

Hey Claudia, I'm not having any problems opening the link. Can you please try in an updated incognito Chrome window? If that does work, can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing when you try to open the link? That will help me better understand what's going on since I'm not able to reproduce.

Hello Megan. I already tried to open as you tell me and I also shared with another person, but you can not open the file. And this comes out on screen:

And the file can not be opened

Hey Claudia, thanks for the ose screenshots. This might because of your internet connection. Are you on a strong reliable internet connection? Are you experiencing it on other networks? Please provide a screenshot of the JavaScript console when the document is stuck in its loading state.

I'm also unable to read the error message in your screenshot. Can you please copy and paste it in your response?
