Enabling Third Party Cookies to Use Lucidchart

If you’re using one of Lucidchart’s integrations with Confluence, Google SSO, Yahoo SSO, or another add-on, you may receive an error message about cookies not being enabled.

When you have third-party cookies disabled on your web browser, Lucidchart applications cannot work properly. If you’re trying to sign in via Google or Yahoo, the sign in will fail and prompt you with error messaging to enable third party cookies. If you’re using a Lucidchart plugin with Confluence, for example, you will not be able to sign in to the integration.
